The tenth commandment

I was reminded of the tenth commandment this weekend as I coveted the DSLRs clicking away at the wedding!
I am a pretty confident pointandshoot gal with my handy Lumix. But, you will have to agree that this gal must have got some great photos with that fabulous camera and lens!
And now, I am busy asking myself the age-old question,.....
Nikon or Canon?
***8/13 update! The decision has been made!***

Now THAT is a camera. I have always had Canons. I love that I can use the same lenses for both my 35mm and my digital.

Ha! I have no idea but I do know exactly how you're feeling. Hubby and I have just decided to forgo both birthday and Christmas presents for each other in exchange for a DSLR!

I currently have a Nikon, I used 2 Canons before and a Minolta. Ok, the Nikon is the only DSLR out of the bunch - the rest were all ancient, fully manual things. Unless you have old lenses that you want to use, or you plan on investing loads of money on lenses in the future, I should just go to a store and pick which feels best. I drove myself nuts researching reviews etc. and found only neglible differences in the end...
