Day 1 in 30 Day Macro Photo Challenge

Photo number one in the macro photo challenge. My spring magnolia bud wants to blossom soon. I'm sure it will make it into a future shot as it unfolds. Hopefully we will not have another weekend of hailstorms!
I found this inspiring challenge at the Orange Flower Blog and plan to keep my eyes open for good macro shots during the month of April.
